利用規約と個人情報の取り扱いについて

仮エントリーをしていただく前に個人情報の取り扱いに関する下記の事項をご確認ください。

【個人情報の定義について】
個人情報とは下記のような個人が各々持つ情報を複数以上で組み合わせることにより個人を特定できる情報のことを指します。
（氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、学歴、職歴、年収など）

【個人情報ご提供の目的について】
ご登録者の最適な就職支援をさせて頂く上で、今までのご経歴やご希望条件など事前に把握しておくことが必要であると考えます。
＊個人情報をご提供頂く事により適切な求人案件をご案内させて頂く事が可能になります。

【個人情報の管理】
ご登録者から電子媒体（弊社登録フォームなど）を通じてご提供頂く個人情報については全てSSL（Secure Socket Layer）を使用しております。
社内においても万全なセキュリティーを配しており個人情報が外部に流出してしまう事を防いでおります。

【個人情報の利用において】
ご登録者からご提示頂いた個人情報に関して、ご本人の承諾が無い限り第３者へ開示・提供することは一切ございません。
必ず事前にご指定頂いた方法でご本人に確認の連絡を取らせて頂きます。
但し、アンケートなど弊社サービスの向上を目的とした場合のみ個人情報を利用させていただく場合がございます。この場合においても第３者に開示・提供することは一切ございません。

【個人情報の開示・訂正・削除等】
1.お預かりした個人情報について開示の請求があった場合は、その請求に基づいて、個人に対する評価に関する情報を除くすべての情報を開示します。さらに、開示した内容が間違っていた場合には、速やかにその情報を訂正致します。
2.皆様より登録取消しの申し出があった場合、もしくは、下記のいずれかに該当した場合は、登録を削除させていただきます。
＊登録時、または採用時に、経歴・職能・資格を詐称した場合、または同事項について虚偽の申告があったとき
＊故意または重大な過失により、求人企業、就業先、就業先関係者、弊社、または第三者に損害を与えたとき
＊就業先、就業先関係者、弊社に不利益を与える行為、または名誉、信用を損なうような行為があったとき

【個人情報管理の委託について】
個人情報のセキュアーな管理の遂行に当たり、当社が「個人情報の管理を委託できる技術（信頼性、安全性）を持ち合わせたと判断する」外部業者に機密保持契約を締結した上で委託する場合があります。

【個人情報の社内教育について】
個人情報の取り扱い基準に沿って、定期的に教育プログラムの実施を致しております。また、随時入社後の社員への研修も実施いたしております。

Terms of service and personal data handling 

Please read the following personal data handling policy before registering.

【Personal data】
“Personal data” includes the following information allowing to define an individual, such as: full name, date of birth, full address, telephone number, e-mail address, academic background, employment history, annual income etc..

【Purpose of collecting personal data】
The necessity to understand an applicant’s career/educational background and his/her desired employment specifications to provide customized support to registered users of the JapanCareer website. 
* It is deemed necessary to provide personal data in order to give productive information concerning employment. 

【Handling of personal data】
All personal data input by users in the online registration form etc., is transmitted using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.

【Use of personal data】
All personal data received from the user will not be disclosed or shown to third parties without previous consent of the user.
However, personal information may be used for the purposes of improving our services. In this case also, user’s personal data will never be disclosed to third parties.

【Personal data disclosure and cancellation of registration】
1. In case of a request to disclose user’s personal information, all information except information concerning personal evaluation will be disclosed. 
2. In case of request to unsubscribe a user, or in case when any of the following points apply, registration will be cancelled:
＊ Registered information in the fields “work experience”, “work ability”, qualifications” etc. contains false statements. 
＊ In case of intentional or serious error that will harm or damage the company’s services’ quality, partners, company employees or third parties
＊In case the registered user performs acts which bring disadvantages to company employees, partners, or harm the company image and trustworthiness

【Handling of personal data】
To ensure security of personal data handling, the company may use third companies who had signed an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) in case they are judged to be using reliable and safe technologies for personal data handling.

【Personal data handling policy within the company】
In line with the above mentioned criteria for personal data handling, Solver Partners employees participate in regular training programs. Also, all new employees complete a special training program upon joining the company.
