| 職務内容 |
●Maintain in-depth understanding of the business and the systems, from both the PoV of business requirements and technical implementations
●Achieve alignment with Global IT in terms of standards, models, component re-use and organization
●Provide solutions based on technology that are aligned with business needs
●Develop architectural models that describe the platforms at different levels of abstraction so as to add value in communication and planning
●Define/review/approve detailed designs to ensure conformance with Non-Functional Requirements
●Supporting development team to the appropriate solutions, delivering on designs that enable business goals
●Responsible for investigating IT Operations, identifying and evaluating options for improving maintenance functionality, defining non-functional requirements and ensuring the effective IT Operation.
●Maintain product roadmaps in the context of the changing business environment such that IT can plan ahead and stay a step ahead of business needs
●Proactively identify risks, propose and drive solutions
●Proactively propose and drive innovation |
| 応募資格 |
[Qualifications]
●Explaining architectural concepts and applying them to system design
●Experience at leading development teams
●Experience developing and supporting mission critical systems
●Bachelor's Degree-Graduate Degree - BSc or similar
●At least 5 years in software development
●At least 2 years in a primarily design based role
[Technical Skills]
●Microsoft Dynamics AXAPTA
●NET 3.5 Frameworks: WCF, WWF, WCSF, Master Pages, ASPX.NET, AJAX
English（Business)、Japanese（Business）
【Preferred Skill】
●Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA) - MCA: Solutions
●Experience in a fast paced and dynamic working environment.
