応募資格	Required Skills and Experience (1) Enough knowledge and experience to develop car information products like car navigation, infotainment, cluster, HUD, etc. (2) Have experience to manage System development team (10+ people) (3) Enough skill and experience to communicate with JOEM customers to understand their requirements and explain technical issues. (4) Enough English ability to read and write documents as well as speak with global Visteon colleagues in worldwide Education Finished undergraduate course in Computer science or equivalent major Language Native Japanese Speaker. Fluent English speaking Min. experience in specific field (1) 15 years+ experiences in embedded information product development (2) 10 years+ System Engineering work for car information products (3) 5 years+ System team manager Preferred Skills and Experience (1) Manager for Driver Information product development team  Cluster or HUD development experience  Experience to develop old type car navigation with 2 or 2.5D graphics (2) Manager for Infotainment and Connectivity product development team  Eperience to develop latest embedded information products like Smart phone with 3D fancy graphics  Knowledge of Linux and Android
