職務内容	外資系コンサルファームアンダーの案件です。 クライアント：外資系保険会社 Job Contents: Project Management in load testing and infrastructure optimization, reviewing all performance documents to become familiar with the functionality of the application, ensuring all HW/SW/Network performance related defects and facilitating all the stakeholders to identify their tasks, so that all the performance level to be maintained well. 弊社プロジェクトに入って頂くオンサイト業務で、マルチベンダー下における複数アプリ開発工程における言語特性などを考えながら、顧客インフラ環境における負荷試験の評価基準をプランニング・コンサル、マルチベンダーへの指示を行う役割です。
応募資格	Required skills: - 5-10 years of consulting firm & IT project management experience - Preferred if there is any knowledge of performance test tools, such as HP LoadRunner (www8.hp.com/jp/ja/software-solutions/loadrunner-load-testing/) - Proven analytical skills, ability to manage complex problems against aggressive timelines - Proven ability to manage complex processes and drive process based improvements - Ability to manage initiatives across teams where influencing skills are required. - Proven communication skills interfacing and negotiating with multiple stakeholders - Must be a self-starter, motivated and energetic individual to take the initiative, able to own, drive new ideas forward and deliver results on multiple fronts simultaneously - Ability to work effectively in team environment where not all team members are in the same location - Fluent in Japanese - Nice to have English communication skill - Work Location in Tokyo 1.
