Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks
Develop, implement and maintain a detailed project work plan to ensure on-time, on-budget and quality outcomes
Develop traceable requirements
Develop and implement change management and change enablement processes
Cultivate strong customer relationships
Manage our and subcontractor staff
Engage with partners and onshore, offshore and near-shore workforces. |

keeping multiple stakeholders involved. You are at home with enterprise technology and understand what’s involved in bringing a software
development project to successful conclusion.
【テクニカルスキル・知識】
Demonstrated ability to think and work systematically and logically
Basic knowledge of contract terms
Proven skills in customer expectations management
Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology
Working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project
Working knowledge of earned value reporting.

Clear and concise oral and written communication
Results-oriented, self-directed ability to drive change in an unstructured environment
Good client interface and presentation skills
Business acumen
Time management skills
Customer-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.
You likely have more than 3 years of consulting project management experience.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification. |
